STOP MAKING SENSE COMES TO LIFE ON OCTOBER 9th AT PARK WEST

TALKING HEADS’ 1984 CONCERT FILM PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY, FOLLOWED BY SET OF HITS SPANNING BAND’S CAREER

This Must Be the Band awakens the Talking Heads’ 1984 concert film Stop Making Sense
at Park West on October 9th. The live reenactment, featuring such hits
as “Life During Wartime” and “Psycho Killer,” will replicate the film
down to the last detail, from the “big suit” to the boombox.
Chicago-based tribute band This Must Be the Band plays songs
exclusively from the catalog of the Talking Heads. October 9th marks
the only date in 2010 This Must Be the Band stages
Stop Making Sense in Chicago and is not to be missed!
ABOUT TMBTB:
Created in spring 2007, This Must Be the Band is the brainchild of
Chicagoan Charlie Otto and is known for playing 3 hours per set. TMBTB
is constantly expanding its repertoire of the best of the Talking Heads and is equipped with its very own Bernie Worrell, Adrian Belew, Lynn Mabry and Ednah Holt.
